Entire genres have disappeared (found them on computer) and movies and other songs I have purchased are not showing on iTunes music/movie purchase page. Problem now is that after he had me reinstall iTunes, erase ipod etc etc, now I STILL have the problem and now playlists have disappeared. Have dealt with apple reps all week with no avail. ITunes syncs music, etc then ADDS additional items that I have Deselected… Also, syncing music and movies is often more reliable if you choose to “Manually manage” (that is, syncing manually by dragging and dropping files in iTunes, rather than relying on the ‘sync’ button, which to me is kind of like the traffic light Customs button you encounter in a Mexican airport in it’s randomized nature).ĭid this work to resolve syncing issues or failures with your iOS 8 devices and iTunes 12?
